Fees Schedule
In accordance with Policy No. MDOT 060, fees may be collected to defray the cost of man hours and printing/copying and ensure the integrity of the Transportation Trust Fund.
Regardless of whether or not documents are disclosed in whole or part, all PIA Representatives shall report total actual costs as indicated on the attached form. Completed forms shall be submitted to the MDOT PIA Coordinator, who will subtract two (2) hours at no cost as mandated by law. Costs will be tracked whether charged or payment is received.
With the exception of the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA), a full list of fees can be found in COMAR 11.01.13.13. MVA fees can be found in COMAR 11.11.09.08.
Fee Collection
Fees shall be collected before the documents are provided to the requester or recipient. All fees collected are to be deposited in the State Treasury and recorded as miscellaneous revenue.
