A Message From the Secretary Greetings and welcome to the Maryland Department of Transportation's (MDOT) online Policy and Directives Manual. As part of our OneMDOT initiative, this online site will house all MDOT policies and supporting documents necessary for us to succeed as a team. It is my hope that this resource will provide everyone with one dedicated a place to go for the information we each need. Your cooperation and patience throughout this three year policy project is greatly appreciated.
