As Transportation Secretary for the State of Maryland, it is my honor to serve the people of Maryland under Governor Larry Hogan.  Our joint vision of delivering outstanding transportation products, services, and solutions that lead to exceptional customer service is what defines how we conduct our business on a daily basis.  By continuing to develop and improve our policies and procedures, we will gain efficiencies throughout our organization.  This policy manual will help provide the MDOT employees, the public, and our business partners a single point of reference in which to view our external policies and associated documents.  Transportation is a critical component in connecting all who live and travel throughout the State, and by providing an easy reference to view our policies and procedures, we can Change Maryland for the Better.

As part of our OneMDOT initiative, this Wiki house all MDOT policies and directives.  It is my hope that this Wiki makes your job easier by presenting you with clear policies in an easy to understand format.
