MDOT 720.4 Access Point Standards Signed Hard Copy
The Access Manual provides the methodology and process to control access along State-owned roadway and facilities. The Point Standards chapter describes the standard criteria used by MDOT SHA to evaluate proposed state highway access for compliance with highway safety standards and consistency with the functional and operational requirements of the state highway.
